According to a friend who works at a local theater, they received the reel for "I Am Legend" yesterday and enclosed with it was the 2nd trailer for 10,000 BC. It may or may not be played with the movie, depends on the theater chain. MJR is playing it for sure, but they are only located in SE Michigan. The trailer length is 2:20 and was labeled as "10KBC 2nd Trailer.".
As I was already planning on seeing that movie, I'm even more geeked to go see it now.
(P.S. I promised my friend that I won't kill her fiance for not letting me see the trailer ahead of time, so me seeing it and telling you about it is a no go.)

Well, it isn't news about the second trailer, but trailer news nonetheless. If you search Youtube, you can find the first trailer spliced with commentary from the director, Roland Emmerich in his native language of German. I slaved. Since I grew up speaking German with my Grandparents, but haven't since they passed away 12 years ago, it was hard to get it exact. So just for you. A translation. It's not acurate word for word by any means, but I did my best to get the message across. "My film is about a young hunter D'Leh. Its about him growing into a man and doing things he's not used to, like killing." "It's not so much about the past. The story is about the first time man felt love, hate, and jealousy. It isn't about making stones into tools." "I saw a documentary in an IMAX about mammoths a while ago. It was about mammoths and man, early man. Since then, I've wanted to do a film like this. I've been playing with this idea for 15 years, but I've had to wait for technology to catch up so that I could do it like I wanted to." "I've done many films of other people, but this is my idea. I made this my film." www.youtube.com/watch?v=LOYyKU6NyL0Like I said, translation not accurate, so if anyone can help me out with a better one then that would be great!

I just watched it tonight before I Am Legend. He speaks! With a really strange accent. He looks pretty awesome. The movie looks really epic.
Also... I know that this is unrelated, but I cried like a baby while watching I Am Legend. I won't say why, but I haven't cried that hard in a while.

Now, I'm more excited to see the film and the trailer.
So we get to see Steven trying an accent this early on? Hmm, I wonder what they based it off of.
I Am Legend doesn't come out until tomorrow here in Michigan. I'm seeing it tomorrow morning at 10:30 BEFORE I go to work, haha.

Yeah, it doesn't come out until tomorrow (today...) here either, but I'm a movie theater manager, so I get to screen things early.
