hmmm well now that i think about it, it does make a bit of sense, he would make a good batman, steven would also make a good superhero PERIOD simply because he has the body for one and he definitely has the talent and the voice for the role, he just has that voice for it, i was watching 'sky high' again lol and i really liked his tone of voice when it came down to talking and sounding serious. i like his quote from the movie 'Hey get yer head in the game' wow that was amazing. i totally think he could pull off another superhero role good or bad! hes good for both...

I just hope he doenst get typecast as the broody boys...I mean he would make the ultimate geeky boy I think...basically I think he can do anything im just hoping he goes more the direction of Heath Ledger than say for instance Orlando Bloom.

I'm not so sure about the whole nerdy guy thing, he is too ripped for it...He could tone down I guess, but to me he is too much of a strong person for that. I mean how many nerds have you ever seen with a voice as deep as his, but that could put a cool spin on the whole thing. I can't really see him playing the extremely brooding type either. Kind of a cross between the two would be good for me. A guy that has some nerdy tendencies but can brood with the best of them. I can definitely see him as a good guy that seems to have issues with being good all of the time. Kind of like Warren, except he isn't trying to live down a family member's reputation, he is just trying to find himself in the midst of the good and the evil...
I don't know, just my thoughts on the subject...

NAh,I have to disagree (-: Being buff doenst stop one from playing nerdy/gawky. Just look at Christopher Reeves in Superman,he was quite buff and yet when he was in his Clark Kent Persona you didnt for one second question his awkwardness.

I have to agree with mags, if u noticed a picture in the movie "Sky High" the pic of warrens dad, of course we know who it was right? well he looked good, as far as "nerdy" i mean, he does look like the type that could pull off a nerdy role... the voice he would have to work on cuz he does have a deep voice but im sure he could pull it off... he'd make a good nerd!

It's not that I don't think he could really pull ot off, just that it would be harder. I think he could do anything, but I think it may be harder for fans to really believe. Maybe that's where I was going with that. I definitely didn't mean that he couldn't do it.

I'm not a fangirl of superhero stuff, I don't know anything about the characters that have yet to be brought to the big screen, but I'd love to see Steven in a role that has never been brought to life yet onscreen...make a role his own instead of something that's already been done. I cannot picture him in any superhero role that's been released (i.e. Superman, Batman, Spiderman), but I'd love to see him start from scratch with a character, much like he was able to do with Warren. Give it his own "Steven" touch Then he'd have a whole canvas to work with and enrapture even more adoring fans! Here's to hoping!!!

That's exactly what I think Ellie. Let him do something where people aren't going to constantly be thinking, I liked it better when so and so did this or he doesn't look like the other guy they had play the part in another movie (e.g. Batman and Superman=a ton of different actors for each). I love to see new roles and ideas that haven't been touched on before. It allows the actors to develop a character as they seem, not how millions of people have viewed the character before.

Maybe something good, right?
